Who We Are
The Bisons are an exclusive invitational rugby team powered by Bison Performance. Created to showcase our flagship performance apparel and coaching systems in real competitive environments, the Bisons represent the highest standard of professionalism, culture, and on-field excellence.
OUR MISSION
The Bisons exist to do two things: elevate athletes and elevate the game. Through carefully selected squads and high-performance support, we provide players from multiple countries the opportunity to compete on international stages, gain visibility, and pursue their rugby careers with clubs around the world.
Selection
Selections are made by invitation, scouting, coaching recommendations, or standout performances at events.
The Pathway
Players from all countries / backgrounds have the opportunity to join our high performance environment to be seen on the international stages. Giving our players opportunities to further their careers.
